All the meals
on our fine dining Menu are made fresh to order, please be patient
especially during high season and weekends, if you want fast food try Mc
Donald’s !!!!!!!!!!!! We have adapted all our recipes from dishes found
on our travels around the world and especially from the Caribbean of
which Tobago has our other home and many of the ideas come from there
Vatulele Fiji where we were married, the Pacific Rim, Thailand and
Louisiana with its hypnotic Cajun music.
We pride
ourselves on using as much as possible the finest local fish meat and
produce, our seasonings and spices come direct from the Caribbean and
our exotic fishes come via a high class provisioner, fresh and chilled.
